Marquette University Student Health Service Strategic Plan

There was a need to develop a strategic plan to ensure that efforts of the staff were being utilized in the correct way, as well as communicating the strategic direction to constituencies. Geiger was contacted to provide training to the staff, facilitate the strategic planning process, provide direction to sub groups, develop presentation documents to administration executives, and provide assessment tools for the plan.

The resulting documents were used as a template for continuing planning on a University-wide basis for the Health service, and resulted in increased efficiencies and performance with reduced costs.
